Developing competencies and moving our chapters forward

There is a vast difference in being a law enforcement leader and that of being a leader of volunteers in a not for profit organization.  The goal of Peer-to-Peer leadership in getting things done through other people is the same, but in the for profit world you can simply give orders, while in the not for profit you have to be able to sell a vision, motivate and inspire your peers.

The goal of the NCLI is to assist you in your personal an professional development so you can possess  the skills needed for your current office and prepare you for higher office either at the chapter level or the national level.
