May 25th is National Missing Children's Day. It's a reminder for all parents, guardians, teachers and other role models to make child safety a priority. National President Jimmie Dotson has issued a proclamation in support of this NOBLE effort. All NOBLE chapters members are charged with bringing this initiative to their community.
